At Bloomhaus Melbourne, every arrangement is handcrafted with care using the freshest market blooms. Occasionally, certain flower varieties or foliage may be unavailable due to seasonal changes or supply. In these cases, we’ll carefully substitute with blooms of equal or greater value while maintaining the same colour palette, style, and overall look of your chosen design. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to our substitution policy. 

 Care & Maintenance

To keep your flowers fresh and beautiful for longer:

• Keep the vase two-thirds full of water and refresh it every two days.

• Re-trim stems  on an angle each time you change the water using sharp scissors or secateurs.

• Display away from direct sunlight, heating, or drafts to prevent premature ageing.

Rose Revival Tip!

If your roses begin to droop.

• Recut at least 2 cm from the stem on an angle.
• Place only the bottom 2–3 cm of stem into freshly boiled water for about 20–30 seconds.
• Protect the flowers and foliage from the steam.
• Transfer immediately into a clean vase of fresh, lukewarm water.                                                                                                                                      Allow the roses time to rehydrate and they will often perk up beautifully!
