DELIVERIES

Please be precise when providing us with the correct address information.

If you, the customer, have provided an incorrect address, we will not accept any responsibility for your mistake.

Suppose we cannot deliver where you have given an incorrect address, or the courier has limited access to a hospital, nursing home property/apartment, etc. In that case, the courier won't deliver the order.

An additional delivery cost will incur; alternatively, a pickup option in our store at 143 Mckinnon Rd Mckinnon 3204 is also available at no extra charge. 

Couriers cannot deliver orders containing alcohol to anyone under eighteen or leave them in a safe place.

The courier will return the order to Bloomhaus at 143 Mckinnon Rd Mckinnon and incur an additional re-delivery charge.

If no one is home, any flower/ hamper or non-alcohol orders will be left in a safe place unless otherwise instructed. We trust the courier's professional discretion whether the order is secure to leave in a safe place or returned to the store. In the order going missing, Bloomhaus will not take any responsibility. Bloomhaus will provide a photo for proof of delivery if requested. In the rare event that there has been an issue with delivering your order and we have been unable to reach you first, we reserve the right to call the recipient.
When a security person or concierge is responsible for receiving the flowers on the recipient's behalf. In that case, we cannot accept responsibility for the flowers once delivered.

The courier will leave a notification with the recipient in this event unless otherwise requested by you, the customer.

Please let us know any special instructions (in particular, closed apartment buildings, locked gates, etc.). We prefer a call or SMS in advance, and this way, we can ensure someone is home for delivery.

While we do **not ship internationally**, we’re delighted to accept **overseas orders for local delivery across Melbourne.**Every arrangement is handcrafted in our Melbourne studio and delivered by our in-house team within our service areas.  Whether you’re sending flowers to family, friends, or colleagues, you can order confidently from anywhere in the world.

All prices are shown in **AUD (Australian Dollars)** and we accept **major international payment methods**, including **Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal.**
