Occasionally, certain flower varieties or colour tones may be unavailable due to seasonal changes or supply. By completing your order, you acknowledge and agree that substitutions may be made with blooms of equal or greater value, always maintaining the same colour palette, style, and overall look of your chosen design.

Here’s how to keep them happy:

• Give them a fresh 2 cm trim on a 45° angle  like sending them to the salon.

• Pop them into a clean vase two-thirds full of cool water.

• Refresh their water daily, these girls are thirsty!

• Re-trim stems each time you change the water so they can sip properly.

• Keep them away from sunlight and heaters unless you want them blooming like they’re late for a party!

• Want them to open faster? A warm (not boiling) bath works wonders.

• Expect petals everywhere eventually ! It’s part of their charm!
