Substitution Policy

At Bloomhaus Melbourne, every arrangement is handcrafted with care using the freshest market blooms. Occasionally, certain flower varieties or colour tones may be unavailable due to seasonal changes or supply. By completing your order, you acknowledge and agree that substitutions may be made with blooms of equal or greater value, always maintaining the same colour palette, style, and overall look of your chosen design.

Care & Maintenance (Roses) 

To keep them looking stunning:

• Trim 2 cm off each stem on a 45° angle before placing in a vase.
• Fill your vase two-thirds with fresh, cool water.
• Change water every two days — roses aren’t fans of murky situations.
• Re-trim stems with sharp scissors each time you refresh the water.
• Remove any petals that soften — they’re just shedding their outer coat.
• Keep away from sunlight, heaters, and drafts so they last longer.
